“I highly recommend KR Exteriors. After having such horrible experiences with contractors in the past, I was coming into our deck refinish with little expectations. They definitely raised the bar. When he came out for initial consultation he was honest and thorough. Their communication was top notch, replies were within hours. My contract stated they would start on a Monday and end on a Wednesday and they did!! It was even Thanksgiving week and he took the time to reach out that weekend to make sure we were happy with our result. He came by for a final walk through and noticed things I didn’t even see and had his crew out the next day to fix them. I am very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work. We are very happy with our final deck project and working with them was a breath of fresh air after previous experiences. Highly recommend! We will definitely use again for any other exterior projects.”
